The CityCenter Office buildings are registered for LEED® Gold Certification, and the master development as a whole is registered for the LEED-ND (Neighborhood Development) Certification. CityCenterDC is one of the first LEED-ND developments in the country. The LEED green building certification program is a voluntary, consensus-based national rating system for buildings designed, constructed and operated for improved environmental and human health performance.
