MODIFICATIONS TO LEASE PREMISES:
- In order to maintain the integrity of the Office Building systems and to permit the peaceful enjoyment of all tenants, no painting, decorating, or alterations to the Leased Premises are to be performed without the prior written notice to and approval of the Property Management Office.
- All alterations, painting, and decorating shall be performed by contractors approved by the Property Management office, at tenants' expense, unless otherwise specifically provided in a tenant’s lease agreement.
- Installation of communication, computer or alarm systems is to be done in coordination with the Property Management Office.
- Any damage to the Leased Premises done or caused by a tenant or its agents or employees will be repaired by the tenant or the Property Management Office at the tenant's sole cost and expense.
